    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  5. 5. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: May 20, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT

    Draw
    Grand Prize Family draw: May 20, 2026 at 10:00:00 a.m. PDT
    Grand Prize Couples draw: May 20, 2026 at 10:00:00 a.m. PDT
    Grand Prize Friends draw: May 20, 2026 at 10:00:00 a.m. PDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 1135 Cheakamus Lake Road, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B1

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://awarewhistler.rafflenexus.com/winners on May 20, 2026.

  6. 6. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the AWARE Whistler.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the AWARE Whistler or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  7. 7. Privacy

    AWARE Whistler does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  8. 8. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@awarewhistler.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  9. 9. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  10. 10. Other

    Please email our team at info@awarewhistler.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

For over 36 years, AWARE has been the voice for the environment in Whistler. As a registered charity, AWARE’s mission is to protect Whistler’s natural environment through advocacy on conservation, climate action and circular economy practices while empowering others to join. We do this by focusing on community needs and expectations for environmental stewardship, and by collaborating with the community and policymakers.
